Since all our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), they require a short production time before shipping. Below, you’ll find all the information you need about our shipping process, delivery times, and what to do if you encounter any issues.
1. Production Time
- Clothing: It usually takes 3–7 business days to fulfill your order before it is shipped.
- Footwear: Footwear requires 2–7 business days for production, plus additional shipping time depending on the method you choose.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose (Standard or Express).
- You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
3. Shipping Times
Once your order is shipped, the delivery time depends on your location. Here’s an estimate of shipping times:

- For footwear, you can choose between two shipping methods at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days.
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days.
Note: The estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout after you enter your address. For footwear, you’ll see the number of business days required for delivery, but not the exact delivery date.
4. Where Does My Order Ship From?
We work with a global print-on-demand fulfillment partner that has facilities worldwide. Your order will be produced and shipped from the facility closest to your location to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
- Clothing is shipped from: United States, United Kingdom, Latvia, Spain, Australia, Japan, and Brazil.
- Footwear is shipped from: China.
5. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, an additional customs or import tax may be applied by your local customs office. These fees are not controlled by BlizzStyle and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office to see if any duties or taxes apply to your order.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to contact us at info@blizzstyle.com.
7. What If My Order Is Delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, here’s what you can do:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Contact your local post office to see if they are holding your package.
- Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or with a neighbor, please contact us at info@blizzstyle.com with your order number. We’ll help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re sorry if your order arrived damaged or incorrect. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:
- Email us at info@blizzstyle.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and any other relevant details.
We’ll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
9. Restricted Countries
Due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to the following countries:
- Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
