Returns & Refunds Policy

At BlizzStyle, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Since all our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), they are considered custom-made and are not eligible for standard returns unless they are defective, damaged, or misprinted. Please review our policy below for more details.


1. Returns & Refunds Overview

We accept returns and refunds only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection due to the custom nature of our products.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is in its original packaging and unused.

Important Note: Since all our products are custom-made (print-on-demand), they are not eligible for standard returns unless they are defective or misprinted.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@blizzstyle.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or misprint).
  3. If your return is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

4. Refund or Replacement Options

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost.

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Non-Eligible Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


7. Manufacturer’s Warranty (EU Only)

All products sold on BlizzStyle come with a 2-year warranty as per the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) of the EU. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damages due to misuse, improper care (e.g., ignoring washing instructions), or general wear and tear.


8. EU Consumer Protection Law

As per Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made to the consumer’s specifications or personalized items.
  • Print-on-demand products, which are considered custom-made and are not eligible for standard returns.
