🐾 When will I get my order?
We know you can’t wait to wear your new BlizzStyle piece — and we can’t wait for you to get it! 💕
Each item is made especially for you once you place an order.
🧵 Fulfillment time: 3–7 business days (that’s the time we need to lovingly prepare and print your item).
📦 Shipping time depends on your location:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe (EU): 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days
You’ll see an estimated delivery date at checkout once you enter your address — and we’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order ships out! ✨
🌍 Where will my order ship from?
We partner with a trusted on-demand fulfillment company that has production centers all around the world! 💕
📦 We ship from: United States, United Kingdom, Latvia, Spain, Australia, Japan, and Brazil.
To make sure you get your order as fast as possible, it will be fulfilled and shipped from the location closest to you. ✨
Note: If an item isn’t available at your nearest fulfillment center, we’ll send it from the next closest one — so your BlizzStyle package still reaches you quickly and safely! 🐾
🌐 Is BlizzStyle available in all countries?
We’d love to deliver BlizzStyle vibes everywhere, but unfortunately, there are a few places we currently can’t ship to due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations. 💌
The list of restricted countries may change over time depending on global circumstances, but for now, we’re unable to ship to:
- Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
- Ecuador
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
We hope to expand our reach in the future so everyone can wear their pet’s personality — no matter where they are! 🐾

Finding the right fit for your BlizzStyle look is super easy! 💕
On each product page, you’ll see a “Size Guide” button located just above the product price — right below the size selection options.
This way, you can quickly check the measurements before adding your favorite item to the cart. 🛍️🐾
📦 My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Oh no! We’re sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet 😿 — but don’t worry, let’s sort this out together!
Before getting in touch with us, please help us by doing the following:
- 📧 Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- 🏤 Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- 🏘️ Check with your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Depending on where you are, your order is printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently — ensuring quality, speed, and a touch of BlizzStyle magic! ✨🐾

Once your order ships out, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your BlizzStyle package every step of the way! 🐾

💔 I received a wrong or damaged product — what should I do?

💰 Do you offer refunds?
We always want you to love your BlizzStyle items! 💕
Refunds are only offered if you’ve received a wrong item or a damaged product.

🔁 Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. 💌
If you’re unsure which size will fit best, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered! Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide in the description section to help you choose the perfect fit. 📏
Although rare, it’s possible that an item was mislabeled. If that happens, please contact us at

within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer. 🐾
📦 Are all products in an order shipped together?
For most BlizzStyle orders, yes! Our apparel items — like hoodies, zip-up hoodies, T-shirts, and long sleeve tees — are soft, flexible, and usually shipped together in a single package. 💕
In rare cases, if products are coming from different fulfillment centers (for example, due to limited stock or special editions), items may be shipped separately. Don’t worry — you’ll always receive tracking info for each package so you can follow your order every step of the way. 🐾
💱 How does currency conversion work for purchases on the BlizzStyle store?
On BlizzStyle, transactions are processed in either USD (US Dollar) or EUR (Euro) — depending on which currency you select while shopping. 🌍 You can easily switch between currencies at any time using the currency selector in the footer of our store.
If your payment card is issued in a different currency, your bank will automatically convert the total amount into your local currency using the current exchange rate on the day of purchase.
If your card matches the selected store currency (USD or EUR), the payment will be processed directly without any conversion. 💳
This system ensures clarity, transparency, and convenience for all our customers — no matter where you are or which currency you prefer. 💕🐾
🎨 What printing method do you use for your clothing, and what is the difference between DTG and DTF?
At BlizzStyle, we use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing for all our apparel. 💕
DTG is a modern printing technique where the ink is applied directly onto the fabric — creating vibrant colors, fine details, and a soft, breathable finish that feels natural on the material. 👚
DTG differs from DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, where the design is first printed onto a special film and then transferred to the fabric using heat. While DTF is versatile and works on many materials, it can sometimes leave a slightly thicker print layer.

- 🧸 Soft & Comfortable Finish: DTG prints are absorbed by the fabric, giving a smooth, lightweight feel without adding extra thickness.

- 🌱 Eco-Friendly: DTG uses water-based inks, making it a more sustainable choice for both people and the planet.
